These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the Auren storefront and catalog. By browsing or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Research use only

All products listed on Auren are intended strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use, nor for any diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or clinical application. By purchasing, you certify that you are a qualified researcher acting on behalf of a licensed laboratory or institution.

2. Account and eligibility

You confirm you are at least 18 years old and that the information you supply at checkout is accurate and complete. You are responsible for keeping any account or order data confidential.

3. Orders and acceptance

• Order totals are shown in the storefront currency.
• An order is confirmed when you receive a confirmation number referencing your order id.
• We may decline or cancel an order where it would breach applicable law or these terms.

4. Pricing and payment

Prices may change without notice. Payment is handled by the store's payment provider; Auren does not retain full payment card details.

5. Liability

Products are supplied without warranties beyond those required by mandatory law. Auren's liability is limited to the value of the order concerned.
