Shipping Policy

Every order ships in insulated, cold-chain packaging with phase-change packs to protect lyophilized peptides in transit.

1. Processing time

Orders placed before 14:00 CET are dispatched the same business day. All others ship the next business day.

2. Delivery options

• Standard cold-chain — 3–5 business days, free over the threshold shown at checkout.
• Express cold-chain — 1–2 business days.

3. Tracking

A tracking reference is provided to the email used at checkout once the parcel is collected by the carrier.

4. Destinations

We currently ship within the European region covered by the store configuration. Additional destinations are added periodically.

5. Lost or delayed parcels

If a parcel is delayed beyond the carrier's window or marked lost, contact us and we will reship at no cost under our guarantee.
